Do not trust the drive-thru car wash at this place it does not work . Good thing they offer DIY bays and make sure you got plenty of drinking water

The self service wash .. the machine doesn't put out the product you put it on. And the air dry blower doesn't work. Moved my car to a different bay . . Spent way to much money . Better off not going to this car wash

I go here frequently but I can't give it excellent marks. My two reasons for being a repeat customer are that they take credit cards and, despite its flaws, it is still better than the other self-service car washes that I've visited in the area My complaints mostly focus on the fact that often (my last two visits, at least) one of the several treatment choices (spot free rinse, triple foam conditioner, etc.) had run out. During my last visit, it was out of at least one thing and another selection, the spot free rinse, seemed to be another liquid entirely. Sadly, it's still better than the competition and I'm sure I'll go back next time I need a self-service wash.

I went to the furthest east spot, open spot to wash my own vehicle. I then proceeded to feed the machine and it kept jamming up and at the end kept saying .50c more. After realizing it wasn’t counting the quarters I was putting in I went to a stall 2 west of the furthest east. Now I had ones that I traded in for quarters at the change machine and I had put in enough for just over 5 minutes at the current stall and you guessed it, time ran out. So now I have a vehicle that is half rinsed off and I’m beside myself with anger. I called the “bubble bath car wash” number on Google Maps and it’s a doctors office. Figures, so I see a guy in the booth up front that sells water and explain everything to him but he’s just a vendor and has no contact information for the owner of the car wash. As if it’s not enough to have to see the plethora of homeless people going in and out of the dumpster area doing only god knows what, I now have to drive away with my vehicle looking exactly like the photos. I wish I could give negative stars. What a joke

Ok when the machine works. Update....went about a week ago and will never go back. Went through the auto wash . Then went to use the tire/wheel cleaner. It sprayed out a strange mix for about 5 seconds then stopped. EMPTY. So I switched to the high pressure soap spray to clean my wheels and that just sprayed water. Which means EMPTY..Called/text the number there and got a text back about 3 hrs later. Was told I'd get my $2 back in the mail. Still haven't gotten it. Was texted a free wash code but not sure I should drive all the way over there for a free sub par wash. I hadn't noticed left them a review in the past. So 2 bad experiences is enough for me. 🤬🤬🤬🤬 Actually went back for a quick drive through wash about 2 weeks ago,maybe less. More so out of the location than anything. The drive through wash didn't even rise all the soap off before the dryers kicked on! 🤣🤣👎👎 I texted the number posted to get a refund ($6), and never heard back. So again,DO NOT GO HERE. THE MACHINES ARE ALL BROKEN INTO AND ONLY TAKE CARDS NOW. The dryer didn't even work on the automatic wash. I keep trying to give these guys the benefit of the doubt strictly because of the location but I don't know why
